British Values

In terms of British Values, we enable the children to take many different responsibilities within the school in terms of independence, leadership in many forms, voting for suggested changes to school, fund raising, giving something back into society. These again are woven into everyday life at school. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have been fortunate enough to visit the Houses of Parliament with Years 5 and 6 children. This was a truly fantastic opportunity for the children to immerse themselves in the Rule of Law and Democracy and how that can be translated back into a school situation.

*Visits from Faith leaders in assembly

*Selling poppies in school

*Fund raising for many different charities including Children in Need, Comic Relief, etc
